but with lockdown I haven’t been able to visit the shop which always provides such good service. I was surprised when sending an email about an order the care and attention Alex put in. He was personal and helped me make choices for yarn as if he understood the project and it was his own. It was a pleasure to hear back from the company that always puts the customers first. Thank you for your service I will be ordering soon and can’t wait to visit again!!!

I have ordered from this company a few time, the service is excellent, the customer service exceptional. I emailed on Monday to ask a question regarding my last order, I received an response the same day - answering my query. My last order was placed on Tuesday & arrived this morning.

I'm really impressed with the level of communication these guys have; they have (what appears to be) frequently updated information on their website of any delays of orders due to increased demand, and when I emailed them concerning an order they replied early the next day (when you don't even get a reply from some companies). All interactions with them were super polite and the pricing is amazing (I am a student so pricing is definitely budget friendly). The yarn also comes in a reusable drawstring bag, which is also perfect for an overcrowded student bedroom to keep everything together. I'll certainly be buying from here for any future craft supplies.

Purchased wool on the 14th January - this is the only time in my entire life that a company has failed to send me a confirmation email. Just extraordinary. I never close a purchase window until I get that email, so after 24 hours I took a screenshot. Unbelievably, the email never came and no one has contacted me since. They are now refusing to take incoming phone calls - I can well imagine why! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

First experience of this company and unlike another supplier I used at roughly the same time, this order came quickly and nicely packed in a taffeta bag. Know who I will be using next time - good service. Thanks.
